Delivery of products
Worldwide shipping is possible at Sparks&Bling.
Almost all countries within the European Union can order directly via our webshop. If your country is not listed here and it is within the EU, please contact us so we can add your country to the shipment.
Customers from outside the European Union must contact us to order. Shipping costs must be calculated based on the number of products. The VAT of 21% will also not be charged.

Delivery time
Please note that almost all our products are made by hand. We use a standard production time of 14 days. However, this production time may be deviated from. If products are delivered earlier, no contact will be made. If the production time becomes longer than 3 days, we will contact you about this.

However, Sparks&Bling also has a number of products that are directly available from stock. This includes gift vouchers, base layers and products from event stock. These products will be shipped within 2 business days, unless there are custom products in this order.

Returns
Products that you purchase through this online store are custom made according to the specification you enter. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
If there are any defects upon delivery or a completely wrong item has been delivered, please contact us and we will look at the possibilities.
The customer is responsible for measuring the correct sizes based on our size charts. We use our own dimensions.
